Refund policy

We only accept items for an exchange or store credit. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. 

Item must be in good order and condition. It is not considered a defect if a product has become of unacceptable quality due to misuse and failure to follow care instructions.

Exchanges can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.

Unless a defect, customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return items to us.
